1. What do I need to access Citrix?

If you were a user of the old system, you will just need a VPN token. This can be obtained by filling out and submitting the form here: http://www.gwu.edu/~gwco/accessforms/VPN_Access_Agreement.pdf. If you already have one, please contact the ISS Help Desk for assistance with your access.

2. Will I need additional software to use Citrix?

If you were an old user or have a desktop managed by Client Services, you shouldn't need any additional software. If you do not fall into either of those two groups, the Citrix Login page will prompt you to download and install a client.

3. How do I access Citrix?

You can access Citrix by pointing your web browser to http://citrix.iss.gwu.edu after connecting to the VPN client and logging in using your NetID username, and the password given to you by the Banner Security group.

4. Can I access Citrix from Off Campus?

Yes, providing you use your VPN token.

5. Who do I call for help?

If you are having issues connecting to Citrix, please contact the ISS Help Desk. If you are having issues with a specific application launched from Citrix, please contact the application administrator or the ISS Helpdesk which may route your issue.

6. How do I change my Citrix Password?

There should be a "Key" icon once you are logged in. Click on it once to change your citrix password.

7. What should I do if my password isn't working?

Please contact the ISS Helpdesk which can refer you to Banner Security.
