Password Reset Instructions

If you have forgotten or lost your password(s), we will gladly reset it (them) for you. We cannot look up your current password(s) as passwords are encrypted. We will issue you a new password(s).

Reset Passwords Online

This will reset your GWMail, Acad, Research2 and Blackboard password.

» NetID Password Reset

NOTE: Colonial Mail, Acad, Research2 and Blackboard share the same username and password. Resetting one will reset the others.

GWeb Info System Accounts

If you are having trouble using your PIN:
