Student Club/Org GWMail Account Request

This account may be used for email only. Web space accounts applications are here. Please return the completed application to the Student Assistant in the Student Activities Center, Marvin Center, Room 427 for approval. Student Activities will forward your application to IT Services after their approval. We will contact you when your account has been created. This will happen within two business days after we have received your account request.

	B. Department/Project Name:	This will be name on the account

	C. GWMail User ID*:	All lower case, minimum 3, and a maximum of 8 letters; spaces and/or special characters are disallowed
	Please choose User IDs carefully as we will not* change them. User IDs are subject to availability. We will contact you should your choice be unavailable.
