ISS Help Desk Mission

The George Washington University Information Systems and Services (ISS) Help Desk is dedicated to providing high quality and efficient day-to-day support for ISS technology services and products across our customer base of Faculty, Staff, and Partners. We strive to resolve a customer's issue on the first contact. When this is not possible, we will promptly communicate the issue to the appropriate specialist within ISS, and provide the expected turnaround time to the customer. We will continually improve our services by requesting and acting upon customer feedback as well as implementing new tools and technologies to better serve our customer base.

ISS Help Desk Vision

Maximize first contact resolution for the customer by providing effective web self-service options and highly trained Help Desk staff leveraging the right tools and technologies.
