Here you can submit email messages with headers that should have been marked as Spam or were incorrectly marked as Spam.

Before You Submit Your Message:

» 1. Enable GW Anti-Spam Solution If you haven't already, enable GW's Anti-Spam solution by logging into the account management console with your NetID. Here is how: http://helpdesk.gwu.edu/mailfilter/antispam.html.

» 2. Do not report legitimate mail as spam, even if you did not appreciate receiving it. Only report actual unsolicited commercial e-mail that was not caught by the spam filter, or legitimate mail that was caught inappropriately. GW reserves the right to review submissions to this page, and to take action, up and to including revocation of computing privileges, for the submission of false reports of legitimate messages as spam, or vice-versa.

» 3. Got Outlook? If you do, you can install the BrightMail Plugin in for Outlook (not Outlook Express!) and submit messages directly to the spam filtering software vendor.
