Configuring VPN for Windows XP

This document will walk you through configuring your Windows XP computer for GWireless, GW's VPN.


Before you Begin ...
... You must ...
  1. ... have a local area connection (LAN)--wired or wireless card--installed on your computer.
  2. ... have downloaded and installed the VPN software (for Windows XP)

Configuring VPN for Windows XP
The Windows VPN Client is preconfigured to access GW's VPN. Simply go to Start > Programs > GW GBUSSNet Client 2.0 > GBUSSNet Dialer 2.0 to display this window:

Login with your GWMail username and password for internet access

Here, click on Connect. In a few seconds you will be prompted to enter your GWMail username and password. Click Ok or press enter to connect to the GW's VPN.
